Do you want to squeeze the maximum from your Dell 300 XScale based device? Overclock your 300 MHz Clock down the CPU to preserve battery power? Manually tweak the memory and LCD multipliers, run your CPU in Turbo or Run mode, set the SDRAM latency, refresh rate or refresh cycles? Get detailed information on your device, see the running processes, threads, loaded DLLs? See the system databases and your power status? Hack Master will do this for you. Hack Master will change the speed of your CPU and minimize to a tray. You can easily access all the settings from the tray icon menu, or maximize the program and gain access to even more settings. Hack Master will monitor device power offs and restore the speed you chose upon next power on. 4 quick speeds, 4 frequently used speeds, favorite speed, and more than 30 other speed settings available by manipulating the manual multipliers. Just copy the executable file to your PocketPC and run it.
This is taken from the blurb on Pocket gear,
A note to Axim 300 users, we should only use the even numbers, 100, 200(199), 300(299), 400(398) and not mess with the sdram or the cpu clocks. We can use the turbo on or off and it will not affect or cause any crashes. Only try these unless you know what you are doing. I can get an increase in my frame rates on pocket tv to 4 and 5 fps more than what the Dell comes with preinstalled. snes can now play 5 fps faster (on some games). I was a beta tester, and I believe this is now the polished product. As for other pdas, you will have to try these yourselves.
