Check out the main page's link to Conan's overview of pocketfrog.
It's got is spelled out nicely.

Start off by just loading up the pocketfrog project in the "MAKE" folder.

In VC++, go to Options, Directories, and under Libraries, include the STLPort directory, as also described. I've had more luck with an older version of STLPort.

You gotta build the PocketFrog project to make your PocketFrog LIB file.
That's the Library file you'll need to link to in later projects. From then on, simply use the header file and you should be good to go.
It'll help to dissect the example code.

(microsoft.com has the embedded visual tools, btw)

If none of this stuff makes sense to you, then you need to read up and learn Visual Studio, which is a bit beyond the scope of PocketFrog's use. I'll try and help with specifics regardless, as I've had the headache of getting STLPort to work out for me myself...

8O Gee You dont have to blame me that hard i'm complete newbie to evc or vc or c at all, but had about 7 year practice with another languages, succesfully  Honestly i was laughing while reading your post Friggin Joe. The only thing i've couldnt figure out was including the header file thats all, (Not only applications have bugs). I thought that i should import some classes with the help of class wizard, but i've failed. Oufcourse i'm sorry if I wrote something wrong (i've killed more than few hours trying to make something from zerro, read all the beginers stuff, perhaps passed something by) or my message confused your proudness some how. Stand in my position, it's very hard to read your post (thank you for it) and get red like tomato. Hopefully think that i wont have such stupid questions any more, and You wont make me  any more. You see now, thanks You theres another ppc programer growing up. So thank you again and bye

Sorry if I sounded condescending, overly-simplistic, or annoyed I wasn't sure of your familiarity, that's all.

I too, have all sorts of previous experience with difference languages and stuff, but C++ has always annoyed me, nice as it is, and more specifically Windows programming in itself.
So I thought maybe you were in my shoes.
I only recommended reading up on Visual C++ if you weren't familiar with it because I know how weird it can be from running a command-line compile and going to Visual C++, even if you know C++ perfectly well.

I have no talent for programming in Windows whatsoever, and had a heck of a time getting Pocket Frog to work myself, please don't get the idea I was coming down on you in any way.

(it took me almost two hours to even get the pocketfrog library compiled!)

Do not notice the above message :D :D its not mine :D

Perhaps theres some missunderstanding between us? You thought that i was spelling "Programing" for the first time?

Can say for sure : "NOPE"
but comparing to knowledge in other languages: Pascal/Delphie/Asm/Basic(Not pocket) even Win32Asm(Know much better then evc) and a dozen of special languages of programing, which i cant even spell right, my knowledge in evc seems to me quite less than newbie(only 5 days).

Have 2 fat books on C++ (only started reading) what do i have at this moment :
1. Problem with StlPort figured out: Conan helped me
2. Compiled and ran samples: Working fine
3. Cant start from zerro File->New->MFC wizard bla bla bla everything else cant get class "game" you said i should set declaration #include <PocketFrog.h> am i right?
