Won't Accept Avatar

Whenever I try to upload my avatar it keeps refusing it saying it must be under 6k, fine, but it's only 3.95k....... Any ideas?

It's a known problem. It's probably due to the filesystem bloating up the size to beyond the limit. The only real way to fix it for sure would be to raise the avatar size.
