I have an idea.. if you wanna get rid of them, then how about everyone starts pitching in and paying for pmatrix's hosting etc.?

Hell, you could just turn pmatrix into a private board as well, where people can pay a fixed amount every month/year to get rid of ads when they visit... and maybe get them special deals like free software from certain companies, etc.

Then you could be like ppcthoughts.

Shit, I'd do it.. since I'm more or less addicted to this board, and dont think i'll ever leave... ever.

Or, you coudl not.. and keep the ads.. your choice

My 2 cents, for what it's worth, is that the banner at the top was OK. The new banner is obtrusive... which is perhaps the point, but I find obtrusive==annoying.
