Where is Dan?

I have been trying to email Dan East for over a month now for a new reg code. Does anyone know why he isnt replying, or if everything is ok? I hope he is ok. Ive had to get a new code a few times in the past and it has never been a problem and he has always replied in a prompt manner. Anyway, if you see this Mr. East PLEASE send me a knew code. (I miss my Dexplor)

I'm here! If you are sending email to the original DEXplor email address (something@dex-plor.com) then I am not receiving those. Only email to something@dexplor.com is working. The dex-plor.com accounts were getting spammed and wormed to the point I could not keep up (several hundred emails a day). Chris and I attempted to set something up to handle it, but currently dex-plor.com email is completely down.

I hope to, in the very near future, set up a web-based support system. It will automatically handle things like registration key generation, and forward other support issues directly to me. This spam / worm issue has gotten terribly bad, so I have to come up with some way of handling support that is not email based.

Dan: Have you explored the option of running SpamAssassin serverside?

It is running on my dexplor account. However email to dex-plor.com was being redirected to dexplor.com, and somehow it was bypassing the filters because of that. So Chris went to set up dex-plor.com as a separate account so I could access and control it independantly, but things still aren't working right.
