Stupid question, how do I open a file?

For the life of me, I can't open a ppl file.

The ide doesn't have an Open option that I can see, and double clicking on a file in explrer doesn't work.

Any ideas?

In the IDE, select File/Edit and then once in the editor, select File/Open.
