Problems with Hardware Keys

Problems with Hardware Keys

Postby Joe25 » Dec 20, 2003 @ 7:24pm

Hello, my PPC (Fujitsu Siemens Loox 610) doesn't assigned hardware buttons properly (Neither default nor customised) It assigns more then one function to one key (eg. brakes and fire same time)
Does anybody have ideas ?
Cheers

I have just received an email today having the same problem on the same platform :-)
It seems that there is something odd with the Hardware key mapping on this FS device.

If you want to help us in testing an update for it please contact me at goro@pdamill.com, and in january we can do some fix on it.
In addition please send me that what codes do you see on the controls menu when you push these non directional buttons.

Problems with hardware keys too

Postby Xvyeron » Mar 9, 2004 @ 5:46am

Hi folks,

Have to say...great game...other then the fact some of my hardware keys aren't mapped right either.

I'm running a Toshiba e335 (ARM I believe). I have no up/down control unless I map the keys to one of the other hardware buttons (a bit of a pain...).

Was wondering if the default mapping is referencing my microphone gain instead of the "gamepad" button, I can't seem to find any other way to map it to be able to fly using that. Hope some folks out there have a good workaround, cuz I'm chompin' at the bit to really be able to play it :)

Also problems with Toshiba e755

Postby cbaldi » Jan 3, 2005 @ 4:58am

I just got Anthelion myself and am having trouble with the hardware buttons too. I have no Up/Down control. In the settings the graphics react when the buttons are pushed, but during the game they have no effect. Any suggestions? It looks like a cool game and I would like to play it!

Thanks.

We are receiving emails like that in the recent days. It seems that you have a new device having slightly different keycodes.
Please write down what codes does the game show in the controls menu if you want to configure your buttons and send it to support@pdamill.com
Our next "round" after Palm updates will be PPC updates so I expect it to be fixed very quickly.

Cheers,
