How does pocketfrog compare to edgelib "lite" (concerning 2d graphics and input)? (budget constraints eliminate other options)
I'd suspect they are both good performance wise although the edge lite seems to be capped. I would like to be able to change the opacity of a surface to see what's behind it and the rest of my needs are pretty low I think. I think I understand that with edge I could make use of standard menus and keyboard if need be and I don't think that's the case with pocketfrog (correct?)
Unfortunately my experience so far with pocketfrog has been next to nil as I could only run the pocket hal examples in vs 2005. I did read that one needed to rebuild the libs but I guess I would need the source for that??? (I'm still feeling my way around the c++ world).
Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.
