looks like I need to brighten the New Post icons. On my laptop they are glaringly obvious, but with a decent video card with Gamma, they tend to wash out.

not the "New!" icon. The Post icons. the little dancing sheet of paper (and the static ones).

Well.. the new icons are back.. but there is still a bit of a problem with the new post tracking system... It's based on cookies, and "last visit times" so it's not exactly perfect. I'll implement a better one sometime soon, so just bare with it for now.

Guess who fixed the library girl thread to work?... ME!!!

OK, here's what the problem was:

the sql query was getting the user info while it gets the post... and wherever moose or chuck had posted, it couldn't find a user account for them (cause they deleted their old accounts)... so what i did is changed their user id to anonymous, and the username to "Moose or Chuck" for all those posts...

so everything should be working dandy now.
