Hey! Wouldn't it be cool to create a database of great programs that are optimized for VGA pocket pcs? (I want more good programs)
Feel free to post your line-up below.

DEXplor 1.40 is currently under beta testing. It supports VGA - entire new set of 32x32 icons, etc.

Beta testing... meaning you need testers?

I've tested all the image viewer/editor apps on the PPC, along with their SE/VGA compliance, for my forthcoming roundup of them (it's beta version can be found
here
if anyone interested). The list of them and their VGA support is as follows. Please note that '(forced/native VGA only)' means that natively the given app doesn't support VGA-resolution image display (they use pixel doubling), but in forced or native VGA mode (the latter with SE_VGA or OzVGA), they do display images with VGA resolution. Apps that don't have this support VGA resolution natively, without any forced VGA hack or switching to native VGA mode.
ACDSee Mobile 1.0
(forced/native VGA only)
PDAMill Viewer
(forced/native VGA only)
CEPicture 2.7
(forced/native VGA only)
Aidem Pocket Painter 2.11
Aidem Photo Explorer 2.01
Conduits Pocket Artist 3.0 (beta 2 as of now)
PHM Slideshow
(forced/native VGA only)
Mobile Pencil 2.20
Mobile Atelier
RPhoto 2.0
(forced/native VGA only)
Dava 2.0.5
(forced/native VGA only)
iView 1.0.0.1603
DIGIVUE
Picture Perfect 5.1
PictPocket Cinema 4.0
(forced/native VGA only)
Glass Lantern's PocketLoupe 1.69b
Photogenics 1.0 Release 139
(forced/native VGA only)
Pocket Phojo V3.0 release 256
SplashPhoto 4.32
Resco Picture Viewer 5.2
XnView 1.20
(forced/native VGA only)
Spb Imageer 1.2
And, the only app that is pretty useless on a SE VGA device because of major problems:
PQV 3.0.10
