Fixed point 16.16 conversion of PocketQuake for ARM

I release result of my work of rewriting and debugging fixed point 16.16 conversion of PocketQuake.

On Symbian OS (where I now work with quake) this works 1.4-1.5 times faster then original PocketQuake.

Video-driver changed - I remove 2st off-screen buffer for game speed acceleration and add filling d_8to16table color conversion table. If you want to use my work you must do the same in PocketQuake video-driver.

Fixed point math (FPM_MUL function) partially rewritten to GNU ARM ASM ;)

I forgot to write that this conversion fixes a lot of graphical bugs of original PocketQuake I.

Damn you telling us how good it is on the symbian, grrr.

Seriously well done and nice one, I remember following your progress when I had a symbian. Any chance of porting it back to the good ol ppc eh, eh.
