I heard of this on pocketgamer.org, and I have not seen anything else on it.
Does anyone know if it is out yet, and where I can get it?

Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware, it still hasn't been released (the product homepage still states "coming soon"). I've written to Saitek asking if it has any new information, so hopefully we'll find out more soon.
