Every time a new puzzle game or something equally simple is announced on PocketGamer at a price greater than $1, there's always an outcry from technically minded folks who object to the price point because of the obviously short development timescale of the product or simplicity of the code.
So, should the price point of a game/app be set by:
a) how long it took to develop
b) how complex the code is, or
c) how much entertainment/productivity can be derived from the game/app?
As a starting point, I'm hoping to release my current app at around $6, having spent six rather intensive months of development on it. The code is pretty complex in places to say the least.
