And it's only 160x120, so I have to squint to see it. The bitrate is way too high, the fps decimated way too much, and the resolution is way too small.

whats a good fps decimation value to use? Never used it, since I only put TV shows on my device.

I don't decimate frames per second. I feel that it is the ultimate degredation in video quality. I'd rather have blocky compression artifacts than always stuttering video :/
