has the most advanced File Association Editor for Pocket PC, and even includes an Icon Chooser to make it easy to assign custom icons to associations. However that functionality is not available in the free version - you have to purchase ($13.95 for Zip, Reg Edit, Task Manager, Association Editor, etc).
