People need help!!!

I have a chance to buy a toshiba genio e550g pocket pc cheap,but it only comes with the stilus nothing else .So i need to know if i can synchronize it with the ir and charge it with an adapter and could someone give me the computer software suite to transfer stuff and synchronize.

It's a LiIon; the Thinkpad 600 series seem to have some bug where power isn't shut off after the battery finishes charging. It's a very known and common problem.
