encoding settings: Matrix Reloaded Trailer

Hi,
what are teh encoding setting from the Matrix Reloaded Trailer? I have encoded some videos, but didn't get more the 12 Frame without drop. The Matrix Trailer has 24 Frames and 0 drops. Is there a way to duplicate this settings? Video/Audio Kompression....
