Damn, I have a Sandisk card also.

Double D, its a pretty big download for my 56k, i don't feel like waiting around for an hour, so ill have it downloaded when i wake up tomorrow to try it out.

When your stuck on the System ID part, how do you get out of it? Don't want my PPC to be a pile of metal :)

yah... i don't think AS is the problem. I've done everything:

-copied to SD via AS
-copied to RAM via AS, then to SD
-copied to SD via AS w/o extensions
-downloaded from PIE and unzipped all on the SD card
these were all formatted w/ Flash Format (for PPC) and I tried both FAT16 and FAT32, with different clusters as well.

Then I bought my SD reader, formatted w/ Windows, copied it over, and still no luck.

I'm pretty convinced it's my SanDisk 128MB SD card.
However, one other person on BH was able to get it to work w/ his 256MB SanDisk card.

I think I'm going to buy a non sandisk 32MB card and see how the fares. But that won't be for a while.

Anyway, make sure you backup before switching into ROM mode... sometimes (like half the time), when i reset to get back to normal, it hard resets. But the ROM is perfectly fine.
