I somehow doubt there will be a PPC2K3 device this month - considering PPC2K3 hasn't been officially announced yet.

I think there is an awful lot of confusion here...though moose is mostly right.

-WinCE is the Compact OS.
-PocketPC is a VERSION of WindowsCE.
-WinCE.Net is the next version of WinCE with the .Net framework

If you have PPC2002, you can get the framework from pocketpc.com and use any CE.NET apps with it.
