Ipaqs and Cell Phones?

Hi, i have been using a ppc for about 3 years now but im just about tio buy my first cell phone, im totally in the past. Anyways im going to get a smasung 4900 with sprint pcs vision as the internet provider, where exactly do i find a cable to use the phone as a modem for my ipaq, that is if there even is one. If not what would you guys recommend for me to surf with my ipaq.
