Doing it that way allowed me to get the 1st-4th vob file. But, no other vob files were showing in the selection box. There are supposed to be 9 vob files...
Any ideas?

you went to files, and you selected everything there? and it still only has some of the episodes? what happens if you go to movie and then the angle(usually angle 1) that has the longest track runtime.
