HP 2200 series and CF/SD cards...

Postby Tachion » Jun 10, 2003 @ 5:16am

I am probably going to pick up a unit from the new iPaq 2200 series and I want to get a 1 gig CF card, but here is my problem: The university I will be attending in the fall has a Wi-fi network and the 2200 series only has built in Bluetooth. Do they make Wi-fi SD cards? If so, where could I get one? Also, what is the best brand (power/speed/etc.) of CF card to get that has 1 gig sizes?

Brands don't really matter, and SD WiFi has been "near completion"

If you were willing to sacrifice a little (OK, a lot) of storage, you could go ahead and grab the 256MB version of the SanDisk Hybrid card. It has Wi-Fi and 256MB's of memory built in.
See this for more info. And don't mind the babble on the bottom, just use the link I provided in my first post.
