You can encode at 320x240 in Dr. Divx!

It's true, you can encode at exactly 320x240 using Dr. Divx. First launch Dr. Divx Profile Editor. Next uncheck the "Certification Level" box at the top of the window. Then you can enter in 320x240 in the box below. Adjust the other setting how you like and then go File --> Save As... and save the profile. Then when you run Dr. Divx to encode, on the second screen there's a little arrow for advanced options in the right hand column. Select your custom profile you made, and bingo, you have 320x240 exactly.
