Just copy the file over to your PPC or your storage card via activesync or a flash card reader. Then browse to the directory where you put the file and double tap it (or single tap, depending on what file explorer you use). It will then automaticly install to your device's main memory. If you want to put it on a storage card, then you will have to dowload some cab installer program for the PPC. I think there are several of them and they are free. Sorry, I can't remember their names.
