I'm just curious of how you can call the game "lode runner" and at the same time state at the bottom of the page that "load runner" is a trademark exclusive to Doug Smith?

Is it because you left off the (R)

Good thing no one copyrighted alphabet letters eg: A or B or C ...

Else we cant use letters like 'A' without asking permission ;-)
