Simple really. Whats the cheapest PDA I could buy that would play decent quality video files?

iPaq H1935 perhaps?

For ultimate video playing I'd suggest the Toshiba e805.

You can get a used Axim X5 Basic for $169 directly from Dell. Mine plays movies alright. You'll need a memory card (as with any pocketpc) though. that might be another 70 bucks right there.

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

I did not say that 3800's couldnt play videos. I used mine for over a year and watched tons of videos on it. If you want a ppc for watching videos then the 3800's are not the best, the screens are not very good. They are not that fast and the battery life only just makes it through a whole film.
