DIVX RE ENCODING

I am trying to play a regular divx episode of kenshin on my ipaq 2215. I'm using pocketmvp and it's not running well at all. I read that pocket pc's aren't capable of playing full resolution divx movies and that it can play re encoded ones. How do I re encode my version of kenshin? Is there software I can get?

Did you already encode it for PPC? Did you read the guide?

I dont know if your Kenshin came on a dvd but that guide may help.
