The iPAQ has flash-rom. I just downloaded the new rom from the Compaq site...

Yes, it's two tone now, with a dark blue background behind the windows icon.<br><br>CETuner can change the color of the taskbar even further to give you a real "custom" look at the price of 0 resources.<br><br>
