I always thought that the difference in the numbers was because of built in WiFi or bluetooth.

Are you referring to the 4150 and 4155? For this particular model, it refers to the method of sale. For example, if you were to walk in to a retail store, or buy from an online retailer, you would receive a 4155. If you were a business buying many machines for your employees, you would receive a 4150. These two devices are the same. However, there is an exception (and there may be more). The ipaq h1910. In the united states, the ipaq h1910 has an SD slot which does NOT support SDIO, and in the earlier days of production, a PXA250 processor. In Europe, the h1915 has an SD slot which DOES support SDIO, and a PXA255 processor.
