Does anyone know of an animated GIF player for PPC or if pocket artist or pocket painter plays animated gifs?

Don't think a PPC can display an animated gif.

Pocket IE can't, not PPCs in general. Microsoft was too lazy to license the animation code for PIE.

How can I reassociate files, like say a jpeg with IE instead of PocketArtist without doing uninstall and so forth. Is it in the registry?

So, you can't play animated gifs on a PPC per se.

Ummm, I don't know of any apps that do it out of the box, but this is not to say that you can't on a PPC.

There is open source to do it, the file format etc. somewhere, but I gotta dig it up...
