hi i have a IR-keyboard to my digital-tv-box wich would be perfect to use with my ppc. but the problem is that ofcorse I don't have any driver/software. do anyone have any sugestions. can i edit some software from another irkeybord to my ir frequencys. any help welcome

I guess you could try downloading the drivers for those IR keyboards, can't remember a site. Those things usually do nasty tricks to stop interoperability though.

The first thing is to determine if the keyboard uses CIR (Consumer IR) or Irda. If it uses Irda then it should be easy to create a driver for it, you basically just need to determine what baud rate the keyboard is running at. Then you can just display the raw data, and see what is transmitted for each key.

If it uses CIR then it will be more difficult to create a driver, although it still would be possible.
