The best SNES emu is morphgear. Whether Morphgear or PocketSNES is faster is debateable, however, the sound in Morphgear is significantly better (100% accurate for all practical purposes) and the speed difference is mostly neglegable. For nes, use PocketNester (not Pocketnes). Once again, it is a sound issue. The sound in PocketNester is significantly better. Your asus, and basically any reasonably new device will run nes full speed, so whichever emulator is faster is irrelevant. And yes, there is a ti-83 emulator program. Don't count on it replacing your hardware ti-83, as the emulator is very slow, almost to the point that it is impractical.
