hp iPAQ 4705 - problems?

I have my iPAQ 4705, and it is great except...sometimes I can not turn it on. :( Then I just move battery out and in - and it starts working again. Does someone know if it is a serious problem? It happens about once/3 days. Maybe I should turn it back to the store? :?:
