Need help - DEAD Ipaq

Postby EvilMartin » Mar 8, 2005 @ 2:29pm

As I said, I found the file "NK_Wisr111_00WWE_NBT.nbf" but romloader gave me an error report - "this application only deal with absolutely image file".

Any idea how I can get a valid ROM file for the Ipaq 3955 - please feel free to just point me in the right direction.

The images you need for that bootloader are ripped from another device - unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to find one easily, and I'm no longer with my 3955.

(NBF files are merely incremental updates, they don't continue a full ROM FS.)

Besides, it has the Linux bootloader so it wouldn't be much use anyhow.
holy internets batman.

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.
