2900mah Battery mod for Asus A730W

I wonder if it causes any issues, by using two differenct mah rated batteries. I know they will work in parallel, drawing current from both, but won't one drain before the other? If the 1100mah goes to zero, won't this damage the li-ion? Or would the higher battery eventually start charging the smaller? I wonder if two 1800mah batteries would fit in there?


Now if there was a way to cram in the 1800mah battery into stock case
