Any reviews for the Cingular 2125?

I just saw a new phone that may get my money in the new year.

Cingular 2125

it has a 1.3 megapixel camera and comes with Windows Mobile 5.0.
64/64 ram/rom

199.99 with a 100 dollar mail-in rebate.

I don't know if it is avalible in all areas, It is in zipcode 22204


Is there any chance this could be officially reviewed by the site?
