Except: iPAQ has flashable ROM, so, they can release OS updates for it.

Yea, the iPAQ can flash it's ROM, while the Casio requires "Service Packs". <br><br>Flashing your ROM is similar to a fresh install of a new OS, while a service pack is like installing a win98Plus upgrade on top of an existing win95 OS. Messy, and not as good as the full version 98 OS, but it works.<br><br>
