Thinner (slightly) than the HP 548 but otherwise the same size. The screen is a little smaller but the color and brightness are incredible. I took the 548 & 568 outside to compare. The 568 is perfectly visible. I can now use the camera attachment outside.<br><br>As I said above, the weight difference feels huge. On paper, it's just a few ounces but in your hand the 548 feels huge and chunky compared to the 568. I've also noticed the IR seems much improved. <br><br>At one time I owned a 545 and 548. I played with IR transfers and found you had to get within a few inches. My friend and I were beaming notes from several feet away with 568's. Incidentally, my friend is the IT manager and a huge palm supporter. He has the entire company on palms. After 10 minutes with his new 568 he tossed his Palm onto the floor with a look of disgust. <br><br>There is a removable door to allow for larger type I CF and you can purchase additional batteries that have slots built in for multiple cards.
