Bacup to a CF or MMC

Ok, I have a Casio E200 and I am looking for software to backup to a CF or MMC card (reason noted in <a href='http://www.pocketmatrix.com/diary'>A Day in the Life...</a>). Preferable MMC, since I have one always in my machine.

Anyone have a clue?

No, that depends.
And I think the plural of muffin with berries in it, for example, is muffIN rather then muffON.
