Also make sure that you're downloading the iPAQ version, not the 2002 version.

I have a Jornada 565 and have been having the same problem - I was worried that it was HP specific. Great news! I too just noticed today that there was a 0.8d and hopefully that fixes the issues for me.

Question1: There is a jornada specific version and a PPC2002 version - I should take the jornada specific, right?

Question2: When I install PDivx it asks me if I want to overwrite the gx.dll file - Should I say yes? I hesitate and usually say no because the file date is almost invariably older than my current version, and I don't want to break any other games/graphic apps - Should I always say yes?
