how do i hard reset my ppc?

What device do you have? My Jornada 525 froze yesterday. It just all of a sudden blacked out. The screen was on, I couldn't do anything, reset, power off. I just waited till the batteries ran out and it hard reset for me

if you have an iPAQ, just turn off the small switch on the bottom of the unit for a few minutes. Then, turn it on again (duh)
