now that we've all had a few days to cool, i'd like to ask for object suggestions.

Here is the format
1. what its called
2. what does it do
3. what does it interact with
4. can it be destroyed, and by what.
5. possible sound effects

About that interface thing, shouldn't you be aiming to maximise the amount of space availiable to the player? if so then sliding/popping out menus might be a good idea, like having a little button that pops up the file etc. menu, same goes for the name, that would allow maximum possible vertical space, and the screen will probably still be wider than it is tall.

Is there going to be a scrolling thing that allows you to use more than the space thats just on the screen? Another option might be that you can remove the gui totaly off the scren with a function button (like AUX5) so you can edit your machine with the most space possible...

Don't mention the interface, or you'll get fired.... or something. Actually I am just kidding now that is all behind us, oh we can laugh about it NOW. Ha...ha...ha... sheesh.

Back on topic, it is pretty difficult to submit object suggestions since we don't really know what has already been suggested. Especially interaction between objects.

On another note, it might not be the best idea to even throw this out to the public at this time. You can always add new objects after the initial release.

Besides, Courtney, this type of work fits very well into your job description.
