A question to fellow Jornada 560 series users.

I got a Jornada 568 a few days ago, and I immediatly noticed that the screen has a purple border and a purple hue to it. When the screen is supposed to be displaying the color black, it displays a very dark purple. I also noticed that their is a spot in the top left corner that is darker then the rest of the screen.

I carefully looked at the screen and found out why it is darkened on the top left. Their is a spot there where their is no side light. I thought my device was a pre-year 1 week 40 device, because I read that the devices made before week 40 had problems. I looked at the serial number (which tells you the production date) and it is a year 2 week 22 device, so I know that's not the problem. My question to you fellow Jornada 560 series owners, is should I contact HP support about this and maybe get a new Jornada, or is this a common issue and you have the same problems?

I have the dark top left corner, but not a purple tint to the screen, maybe it's the lighting you're in. I wouldn't call hp about it til you get dust (IF you get dust).
