Not really, MMC and SD cards are pretty much the same physically and externally.

But anyway... What are you CRAZY encoding movies at 300kb?! Don't encode anything higher than 200kb at the absolute maximum! 150kb should be the highest you ever use.

I think SMC has built in encryption, but PPC 2000/2002 doesn't take advantage of it.

You're having video problems because you use MPEG encoding. DivX should resolve the issue.
