I agree the EM500 button and joypad arrangement was perfect, even better than the E100/125. But I will take the speed of the 2215 over any PPC that I have owned to date, which has been most of them actually. The 2215 has no lag, no multiple button press issues, and the joypad is just as good as the EM500, IMO. The buttons kill it if you use the EM500 for a benchmark though. They work well enough and do not feel as cheap as some other PPCs but the layout could have been much better.

HP could have ruined the potential of this device. I am just glad it came out the way it did. MY E755 will gather dust until I get it upgraded to PPC2003 and even then I am guessing the 2215 will still be the faster PDA.

Yes, minor compared to new devices with 200MHz busses, but I'm quite confident in saying you WILL notice a speed increase.
