Looks like the toshiba wins. Now to fit it in the casing of an iPAQ 4350. About the ATI card, it should make a large difference in speed IF people take advantage of it. Like a 3d video card in a computer wont help a computer unless it takes advantage of the 3d capabilities. The old ATI cards sucked, but this one (in the new toshiba) looks good.

e800's ATI Imageon 3220 = ATI Imageon 3200 + 2 MB framed buffer (instead of 384 KB) + VGA (instead of QVGA max) ?
