I've found Betaplayer to be the best PDA player yet.

The guest is right, Picard's Betaplayer (http://betaplayer.corecodec.org/) is the best video player, a lot better than PMVP and has support for B frames.

Betaplayer works perfectly with Pocket Divx Encoder (http://divx.ppccool.com), which I think is an excellent encoding program, a lot simpler than Vdub, faster and just as good!

That certainly did decrease the size (the default audio is 128kbs!).
But now when the video is almost done I get the error "Couldn't locate decompressor for format 'DX50' (unknown)"
Any ideas?
