I carry one piece of equipment with me, and one piece only - a Pocket PC. I don't even wear a watch. In that sense a Pocket PC is a superior to an MP3 player because it can play so many roles. Does that make it superior at playing MP3s? Nope. My Pioneer receiver and Samsung DVD player make a superior MP3 player because of the audio quality. Blah blah blah.

Yes, an iPod is a much better dedicated mp3 player than using a Pocket PC as only an mp3 player. However I would rather carry something that is marginally larger that lets me read Tolkien, or play a little bit of Monkey Island or Sonic & Knuckles while I'm listing to my music.

Dan,

We are not talking about the two things as a whole here. Yes, I would much rather have a PPC than an MP3 player, but if I was a dedicated music fan then I would get both. Spiral, sorry I was unaware of the iPods battery life. Also my 716 has an annoying 'crackling' noises when I move my headphone jack. I know this is not just this unit because my last one also did this. All I can argue now is that if you wanted an MP3 player then get just that for bigger storage (usually in the gig range) in my opinion better sound quality, and an overall smaller device.

it is really this simple, so stop being nubs. mp3 players are better mp3 players becuase that is their primary function. Better portability, better battery life, better cost/storage ratio. Guess what else? NINTENDO's make a better NES emulator than a PPC does... why? BECUASE THATS WHAT THEY ARE MADE FOR. On a side note, in a few years we will have one multifunction device that plays mp3's better then an Ipod, takes pictures better than a 6mp slr, plays games better than a playstation73, takes your garbage out for you, and fits into that controversial tiny jeans pocket you guys are talking about

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

Go to full screen mode then click the menu button in the corner. Then just click load a skin. Choose the txt file that comes with the skin.
