mid november is the only date I'll give you.

Since, the first units are going to be running through us and since I take care of all things mypal, I'm the source on the subject. Right now I can say that anyone who doesn't have a pre-order in is slowly pushing their luck. I think we have 20 or so units left of what is coming in the first shipment next month. Keep checking with me via email - justin@proportable.com --- or, trust me, I'll have the guys here post news about any changes and our site will reflect these changes at the same time. So, the point is, no need to ask... if I don't give this forum the most up to date mypal info, Asus's product managers wouldn't call me their MyPal guy... lol

it's never too early to talk about OS upgrades. No manufacturer has a decent track record on upgrades or has promised upgrades, so it's pretty much going to be a random draw. Personally, I'm just going to wait till "Magneto" comes out before upgrading.
