Don't see why they couldn't make them.They make pcmcia tv tuners and we already seen a cf to pcmia adapter so cf has the proper I/O's so then (in theory) you can make a cf tuner the size of a cf gps unit.

They make tuners for PCMCIA, but who says that they must be compatible with PPCs :| Drivers my friend, drivers!

That is true..Drivers are needed but it could be done. ipaq's have a sleeve for a tv tuner(+fm radio)so sum driver or software was need.If that was done than this can be done (as I said in theory).

Just no one did it yet.

It won't, it supports only NTSC, and Europe is in PAL system :[

American and Korean NTSC are different sytems.
